Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 21 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.


If there are quality problems for the products, we supply limited return and exchange service.
Returns and exchange must occur within 30 days after received. For a return or exchange to be considered products must:

* Are able to resold
* Are in their original wholesale packaging

No quality problems, could not be return or exchange
Customized products, could not be return or exchange
